The clock is ticking until the start of 2019, and several Guthrie County offices are closed to recognize the holiday.
The Guthrie County Courthouse will be closed tomorrow and the Board of Supervisors will have their regular meeting on Wednesday at 9 a.m. Stuart City Hall is closed today and tomorrow, and the Guthrie Center and Panora city halls will be closed tomorrow. Garbage routes in each city will be unaffected. The Stuart Public Library is closed today and tomorrow, the Mary J. Barnett Memorial Library in Guthrie Center will be open from noon-3 p.m. today and closed tomorrow, and the Panora Public Library will be open from noon-4 p.m. today and closed tomorrow. The Guthrie County Extension and Outreach office is closed today and tomorrow, and all post offices will be closed on New Year’s Day.
