A Panorama junior is making his case for being the top three-point shooter in the West Central Activities Conference as the new year begins tomorrow. Kolby Shackleford is one of six WCAC varisty basketball players with more than 20 made treys entering 2019, making 23 total in his first nine games. His nearly 47 percent execution rate is the second best among those league players with 20 or more made treys. AC/GC senior Noah Sargant’s 58.5% three-point mark far exceeds the rest of the conference, converting 24 of his 41 attempts. Shackelford ranks 10th in the West Central Activities Conference with 117 points scored. The Panorama Panthers varsity boys basketball team resumes their season on Thursday, hosting the IKM Manning Wolves in a nonconference contest.
