The next opportunity for teenagers in the Perry area to come together for a fun community event is this weekend, as the Perry Public Library hosts their monthly Teen Social Saturday.
The event will run from 10 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the library, and it will include an assortment of games, snacks, and other activities. Assistant Library Director Misty VonBehren also emphasizes that the purpose of the event is for kids to meet some new friends and socialize in a relaxed environment where they can be themselves. There is no cost to attend, and no registration is required. Teen Social Saturdays are held the first weekend of every month during the school year.
