The Greene County Board of Supervisors will meet for their annual organizational meeting today.
The meeting will start with the swearing in of newly elected officials from the November 2018 midterm elections including: Supervisors Tom Contner and Dawn Rudolph, County Attorney Thomas Laehn, County Recorder Marcia Tasler and County Treasurer Katlynn Gannon-Mechaelsen. The Board Chair and Vice-Chair will then be appointed. Additionally, the Board will consider for approval the December 31st cash count, along with setting the regular board meeting dates and times, business hours and holidays for the courthouse, official newspapers, as well as board assignments and appointments for 2019.
The meeting begins at 8:30am in the boardroom of the courthouse in Jefferson.
