Perry Girls Softball Association Seeks Equipment Donations

PGSA Softball

Registration is almost here for the 2019 youth softball season in Perry, and the Parks and Recreation Department and Perry Girls Softball Association (PGSA) is looking for some help from the public.

The PGSA is seeking used equipment that people are willing to donate, which includes gloves, helmets, bats, cleats, and other items. If anyone from the community has some of these items and are willing to part with them, the PGSA will accept them and put them in the hands of some local girls that can’t acquire equipment on their own. All the gear will be on display and ready for pickup at the upcoming open house and registration, which is later this month. The league itself will once again be held during the spring.

Anyone willing to donate softball equipment, or who’s interested in having their kids compete in the league this year, can reach out to organizer Andrea Tunink at 515-360-3358 for more information. You can also click the link below to visit the PGSA Facebook page.
